In Ruby Holler the main charaters, Dallas & Florida, the trouble twins remind me of when my sister, Ella, was born and brought home. I would sit on her, and I would scratch her eyes and make them bleed. Dallas & Florida were naughty in the book by breaking a giant window in the side of the barn. They thought they were being helpful but instead they got in big trouble from Tiller & Sairy, their foster parents. I think that I was naughty like Dallas & Florida when I did that. That's what Dallas & Florida remind me of.

ReplyDeleteIn Ruby Holler, Dallas and Florida change over time. They don't get into as much trouble at the end of the book as they did when they lived with the Trepids or thier foster families. What do you think changed? Did you change over time or do you still treat your sister that way?

ReplyDelete@ Ms. Trumbull What I think is that once Dallas & Florida got older they still did a few things that they should have been doing ,but they did stop doing some things that they should have been doing.

@ R.K. I scratched my sisters eyes to make them bleed. Dallas & Florida did not. Yes, we have finished the book in Ms. trumbulls Class ,but i have started to read the book over agin and I'm not finished with Ruby Holler reading it myself. yes, I would reccomend this book to you it is really good. I scratched my sisters eyes by putting my hands by her eye and scratching them.
