A Decision the Main Character Has Had to Make.

The book I'm reading is called The Mysterious Benedict Society and The Perilous Journey. A decision the main character has had to make was to either keep the radio (walkie talkie) or to get rid of it. Reynie (the main character) chose to get rid of it. I think he made the right decision because on the ship (the one Reynie, Kate, Sticky, and Contence came to Lisbon on) there were people who owned diamonds, and the captain gave one to Reynie. Reynie thinks the captain is not trust worthy and is after him and his friends. Reynie also thinks the captain will tell the people who own the diamonds, say that he stole the diamonds and get Reynie in trouble. That is one decision the main character has had to make.
