Wow! Third and Fourth graders, you did a wonderful job with your ecosystems project. Whenever you want to look back at all of your hard work, you can visit our
shutterfly page (the password is the same as the one to sign on to this blog). There is also a space for anyone to go answer our ongoing ecosystems
questions on our wiki. This will not be the only time that you have the opportunity to do a project like this so it is important that we look back and think about what worked and what didn't. Keep in mind that there were two parts to this project, your ecosystems project you did in Mr. Lewis' room, and the tree story that you started with Mr. Lewis, but worked on and published with Ms. Trumbull. Please answer the following questions in complete sentences:

I made a food web/triorama/story of a fish being eaten.The part I liked the most is the triorama[if it hasn't died yet].If I had the chance to change my project I'd do nothing,I would do the same plan if i was the teacher too.The part that most demonstraes that I'm a scientist is my food web

I made a diarama. It also has a picture on the side,a food and interation web,and a parogrph with info on it.What I think i did well is making the diorama.I worked really hard on it so it would desierve a 4.If i could change one thing about it, I would make the paroghph longer,with more deitails.If I could be a teacher and plan the project differently,I would make every one do dioramas.That way every one could have a little fun with thier project.My project shows I am a sciantist beacause of the food webs and showing what an ecosystem needs to survive.
ReplyDeleteI made a story board that has a web,story,drawings and more.The part of my project that i am most proud of is my story because it has lots of facts and details.I would change the tidle of my animals name at the top because it dosent look very neat.I dont know because he gave us a pice of paper that told us how to plan it.I thhink that i did cientist thinking because i used a very detailed food web.

ReplyDeleteI made a display board,and on my display board is a food web and a newspapper article. I would be most proud of sharing my newspaper article. I wouldn't do anything differently. I love my project. If I were the teacher I would not teach any differently then Mr.Lewis. I think the part of my project that demonstrates I am a scientist is the food web I did.
ReplyDelete1. I did a diarama. The lid closes and I shine a flash light through the lid ,and it turns blue inside. That is the night feature. The day time feature is with the lid open.

I made a story boared with my 10 questions,lots of details, and a web and chain. I am very proud of my paragraph that I wrote. If I could do anything better, it would be to make my project neater. I don't think I need to change anything, exept to make it neater. I don't think I would change anything as a teacher, I thought it was a good idea to let the kids choose what project they want to do. I think my web is very scientific.

ReplyDelete1. I made a triangle thingie. I did a ecosystom model with a bunch of made up animals that were based on real animals. I also had a food chain.
ReplyDelete2. I would be most proud of sharing the animals I made out of clay, because whenever someone looked at the flying bird they would say that it is awesome and I would have said the same thing.
3. If I were given a chance to do something diferently I would choose to 1, color the birds better because I did it last mineute and very skribley, I would also make the fox out of clay because well I also did that last mineute so it doesn't look like a fox at all.
4.If I were the teacher I wouldn't have changed the project at all.

Because it makes me proued, and if I had a chance to redo my story bored this is what I would work on the most. It is the part were you lern about the fire forest.Because I rushed though it.
